蔥醋海鮮沾醬 Mignonette Sauce

材料 Ingredients
白酒醋 Whtie wine vigenar 1/2小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar1/2 大匙 Tbs
紅蔥頭丁 Minced shallot 2 大匙 Tbs
蔥花 Minced scallion 1 大匙 Tbs
蒔蘿末 Minced dill 1 大匙 Tbs
扁葉巴西里葉末 Minced flat-leaf parsley 1 大匙 Tbs
黑胡椒 Ground black pepper 1/2 小匙 tsp

做法:
1.將醋,糖和紅蔥頭丁放進小鍋裡煮滾後轉中火煮一分鐘。
2.等醋汁冷卻後加入其它所有材料拌勻即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Place the vinegar, sugar and minced shallot in a small pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to medium and continue to cook for 1 minute.
2.After the mixture cools down, stir in the scallion, dill, parsley and black pepper.
